THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING PROCESS

Training, to be effective, can’t be understood as something hurriedly thrown together, but as the elaboration of a “guided” learning process: training means to operate following a structured and planned process in the way of being a single person or a group. For this reason our training activity develops by different steps.

1) ANALYSIS OF TRAINING REQUIREMENTS OF COMPANIES
(Normally it’s created in the company which needs supports) that is the activity to collect useful information to go on with the training process

There are three kinds of professional knowledge which are normally analysed:

This analysis is obviously one of the fundamental steps of the whole training process as it directs the action towards specific targets which rise from
the context of the company
This analysis is obviously one of the fundamental steps of the whole training process as it directs the action towards specific targets which rise from
the context of the company

There are three kinds of needs that can arise:

2) DEFINITION OF TRAINING ACTIONS
iAfter reaching an agreement with the company we have to define aims and different possibilities of the training process, making choices and finding out the results we want to reach. The planning is developed following. different situations and different contexts in which we are going to operate.
During this step we have also to define the characteristics of action:

  • Specific contents of the action
  • Teachers
  • Methodology and teaching instruments
  • The hours of every subject and the total of hours of the training process
  • Control and judgement systems
  • Actions to organize the training process

3) REALIZATION OF THE TRAINING ACTION
When we have decided every feature of the action, we have to put the plan into practice. During the training course it is possible to integrate tutoring activities or modify some subjects according to the problems that could arise.

4) CONTROL AND JUDGEMENT OF THE RESULTS
The activity ends with the judgement of the action. So we compare established aims and the results we have obtained. Of course the outcome of this analysis can change future training courses.
