2) DEFINITION OF TRAINING ACTIONS: After reaching an agreement with the company, we have to define aims and different possibilities of the training process, making choices and finding out the results we want to reach. The planning is developed following. different situations and different contexts in which we are going to operate.
During this step we have also to define the characteristics of action:
- Specific contents of the action
- Teachers
- Methodology and teaching instruments
- The hours of every subject and the total of hours of the training process
- Control and judgement systems
- Actions to organize the training process
